My name is Graham Ainsworth, a family man with four children who all attend local schools and colleges. I have been in business with my wife and partner. Tracey, for 25 years.

I am a highly skilled joiner with more than 29 years'' experience, having gained my experience with N. Sunter''s Building Contractors, who specialised in North West developments for education authorities, public houses etc.

My education was at Smithills base, then on to Bolton College for the trades where I studied at night college. I gained my HNC in building at Bolton Institute of higher education then went on to Preston Polytechnic for the 1013 exams. In those days, we attended four nights, after a full day''s work, and one day.

It was then I started my own business in 1982, in the boom years of the 80s when our business really took off. But we also had to endure the 90s recession years, which many businesses did not - only the very best companies, like ourselves, survived.

The reason we survived was the high quality of workmanship, being from a good trade background and being taught by the best teachers and joiners in the North West.

Also our prompt and efficient service and clean and tidy approach all helped to keep the business going and, of course, a friendly bank manager! Now that we are celebrating 25 years in the industry we would like to share this with customers past and present, thanking them for their business.
